Text Message (SMS) Terms

These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by Ga Granite, Inc. (“GA Granite,” “we”) to customers in the United States.

1. Program description

GA Granite sends customer care text messages to customers who have agreed to receive them. After your countertop installation, we may send you one text with a link to leave a review of your experience, and no more than one reminder. If you opted in on our website, we may also text you about your project, such as appointment reminders and project updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by telling a GA Granite team member, in person, by phone or by email, that we may text you, or by booking a showroom visit or requesting a free estimate on our website, where the text-message notice is shown right below the button you click to submit. Agreeing to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. For review requests, you will receive no more than two messages (the request and one reminder) per project.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GA Granite does not charge for these messages.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows when they last changed.
