We use the latest, state-of-the-art laser scanning devices to capture precise data and measurements of any countertop layout.
Iris Scanner 12K – It is more real than the real slab. It generates a very high image resolution definition with extremely accuracy and is capable of scanning any natural or engineered stone. It scans one slab in 16 seconds and it shows no distortions, no shadows, and no light interference. It displays precise measures and absolute realism.
LT-2D3D Laser Templator – It always pays back when you go digital. Our laser templator is the most evolutionary in the industry, significantly increases the efficiency and accuracy, improving the speed of template time.
With the pull of a pin, the LT-2D3D unlocks from its 2D mode and allows the laser to swivel along its vertical axis with extensive range and visibility, precise measuring 3-Dimensionally all templates for backsplashes, walls, ceilings, shower enclosures or anything else on a vertical surface, being able to get accurate dimensions. In addition, it makes use of the state-of-the-art Horus software.
WaterJet SW138 – Waterjet cutting is computer guided and extremely precise without thermal effects on the material. Cold cut edges, as created during cutting with a WaterJet, are free of burrs and structural impairment. When it is full loaded, the WaterJet machine can cut up to 30 slabs/day with flexible and precise processing of nearly all materials; High production capacity; Very Short Service Time; High Availability (up and running 99% of the time); and Accuracy.
Robo Sawjet 2.0 (Baca Systems) – It is equipped with a Saccardo 26 Horsepower spindle to provide more cutting power and it uses a 16″ blade that can be used in different material types, like Ultra Compact materials. It employs a waterjet pump for high-pressure cutting water, which leads to cost-effectiveness. With a robust and precise motor, it can work 25 times faster than comparable models. The smallest footprint makes it the most compact saw and waterjet in the market. Easier accessible table entry with 3 sides, which makes it simple to load and unload material on the cutting table.
